Spirulina products are actually good rather just sticking to chyawanprash for energy.

My daughter pushed me to buy this.. so for her i m regular with spirulina.

How i know its working is because of getting less ill this month.. i get fever and cold too much but this month not.

Spirulina tablets are must try once.. i tell you it is overall cleaning the body internally but okay for once can drink detox drinks after finishing this.

only benefit i see after starting spirulina is my energy levels.. i am not feeling too much lazy.
