Wonderfully making my skin elastic and plumped.

It is 3000 mg collagen written on bottle looks quite effective for skin age.

Tablet is better to carry also.. i have to travel and these collagen tablets are easy to eat anywhere just need a water bottle.

Satisfactory result.. not soo good for skin as in I was expecting collagen will just make me look beautiful but it only lessens acne and may b give some glow .

I did not see Marine collagen effect anyways I hoped for 3 weeks and stopped.
