10 mg melatoonin is noot that much effective but for someone who is concerned for dosage can go with it. it is right.

Actually te ones meatonin i used had high dosage so I had difficulty in waking up in morning this 10mg melatonin is perfect to wake up timely.

Since I started taking this, my sleep quality has improved greatly. I still experienced minor side effects but they are tolerable compared to my previous sleepless nights. Always recommend to ask doctor before use.
