Himalayan Organics Probiotics 50 Billion CFU

was expecting faster result.. but i guess after 2nd 3rd week i will see relief in stomach.

50 billion cfu is suit for me.. worked fast in result also.. the gastric prob also.

Keep on using it .. there is nothing like you see benefit riht now but probiotic I know how it work and results in long run.

Now i am sugggesting this probiotics to even my relatives when they complain stomach prob.

Ab hi khareed liya hai and mummy papa dono ko yhi use krne ko ehti hu overall dono ka gut prob bhi kafi sahi hua hai.

I will use curd may be that also work same for probiotics so now holding the use.

Impact i expected did not happen.. so probiotics quality may get better.

I dont see using probitoic bring good health for me.. i still have to look after my diet if I am not eating good and taking probiotics its no use.
