If the dose was high it is better.. because now after 3 weeks I am feeling little better of ashwagandha .

I buy for the name Ashwagandha gold .. i think it has more benefit and will b more powerful.

For me this product is high price.. other ashwgandha better for low price and more quantity.

No effects .. used 1 month ashwagold but rare result.
