HEard lot abt kapiva products and had to buy shilajit so tried from this brand

Only just one spoon is too much enough for me i feel sometime when i will go to sleep

1week ii used daily and everyday has been good now i feel exhauseted so keeping use in hold

Shilajit is too much energy giving in nature

For the gym activities and the energy full day shilajit is doing great.

First two-three days did not give any feeling of high energy.. so I was stoping shilajit but then received call from dietitan and good thing they tell me continue to use.
