Tried creatine for few days but my body not able to adapt

I am not happy with the product specially.. brand is good but this creatine made me too much dehydrated.

GetSupp always have great discounts but this when i order there ws no discount but i had to order..

PRe workout reliegously taking it everyday.

Micronized creatine is better form than others.. if take this as pre workout you will see difrnc in itself.

Somethings i noticed because using creatine first time so just had to increase water.. but otherwise good benefits.
