If i got to use it daily i would but m not going gym daily so use only when i go it is good.

Use karne layak hai but thodi smell protein ki achi ni hai

i have use many protein powders and its my job to review new ones so i can suggest others by far it has good taste.

Jst started my gym classes and bought this first thing for protein needs

In milk it do not mix properly powder stays in glass at bottom

Good flavor but little sweet which is why i feel carb is more

I think price wise i get better deal for same protein powder
