Overall health but more than that bones are trong i can think of gong trek

I find other brands better.. this is costly also for jsut calcium supplement.

Weakness in walk is going v slowly but going.

Calcium levles in range now from 6 to 8.1 still beter

I dont think there could be a good deal than this. I have got tablets full of Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin B12.. these are almost lik multivitamins. I am impressed with the purchase.
