Organic India Psyllium Whole Husk

I used triphala before.. now trying psyllium Husk for stomach problem..

The only thing is i can not use whole husk daily but it is good digestion like proper daily.

Very effective and v much fibre in this.. i know fibre helps a lot in stomach.. can see every morning the stomach feels light.

One thing get better is that digestion.. daily motions helpful.

Anytime I feel bloated I only use Psyllium Husk bought it 2 months back, still in use.

Daily yo can eat little psyllium husk.. its good for regular timely stomach clean.

In emergency when i feel i m not meeting fiber need in my body i eat it.. it actually help in those days.

It is bit costly but because i know fibre is not in my plates these days I prefer using this psyllium husk.

The price mentioned i got even on low price than that on Getsupp and benefits are just too good after I use psyllium hus everyday.

Buy this psyllium husk for whole family.. it really helps good product.

Psyllium husk has made my digestion better and completed the fibre content requirement of my diet.. but as mentioned by dietitians i am not using it daily, only when i feel heavy in stomach.

The taste and texture is not so great but Psyllium Husk is a fiber which worked great for my constipation.

Would highly recommend! Improved my digestion significantly and is also beneficial in controlling blood sugar levels. Seems to be a quality product at a reasonable price.

Ordered this for my mother as she used to have gastric problem, I mix it with curd and give her. She has not complained about it till now, I guess its working.
