THis magnesium type is best tha i tried other for muscle relaxant

I dont think any change in my prob what i order for

I thought it is zinc and not read but zinc oxide is not good in supplement for consumption, is it riight?

I am currrently using magnesium tablet daaily for my benefit as dr told.

The overall benefit is good.. because i am able to feel relax after exercises and sleeps like very peaceful.

Seen improvement in ablity to exercise.. little effect only but yes good by the way i bought for bones.
