For me the constipation prob was soo much ut after using V elbiom i m little better

Took soo muc time to show effect almost finished more than 16 tablets.

For acidity i will not say it help but the heavi feeling in my stomach when I am anxious is quite better now.

I dont know if i should use it daily or just when I have acidity and bloating?

This Probiotic is now in my first aid box everytime.. sometime I miss but I am happy.
